Any claims or disputes arising out of this contract must be made within an English Court. As we are based in England any contract to supply goods is governed by English Law. By purchasing an item from Big Night you are accepting our terms and conditions. Once your item is marked as dispatched we will be unable to cancel the item and but you can return the item as per our returns policy.
Should you wish to cancel your order please let us know as quickly as possible through an eBay message. Due to the volume of emails and messages we receive we do not monitor these forms of communication.
